Terms of use & service principles
General information for using this website. A signed proposal or contract defines the terms of each client project.
This draft is not legal advice. Review it with the final business identity, address, payment terms and jurisdiction before public launch.
1. Website information
The website describes our services and provides general educational information. It is not a binding offer, legal advice or a guarantee of a particular commercial or search-ranking result.
2. Proposals and project scope
A project begins only after both sides accept a written proposal or contract. That document defines deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, pricing, payment dates and any included revision rounds. Requested work outside the approved scope requires a separate estimate or written change approval.
3. Ongoing support
Where included in the selected plan, ongoing support covers agreed bug fixes, website downtime or availability issues, updates and routine checks. New features, integrations, redesigns or functional enhancements are scoped and charged separately.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely access, feedback, approvals and the accuracy and legality of content they provide. Delays in these inputs may move delivery dates. Third-party software and platform rules remain subject to their providers’ terms.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the project proposal. Existing tools, reusable methods, licensed assets and third-party software remain subject to their original ownership and licence terms.
6. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in delivery and support but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, permanent search positions or results caused by factors outside our control. Any project-specific warranties, remedies and limits are stated in the signed agreement.
7. Applicable law and contact
The final service agreement will define the governing law and competent venue. Questions about these terms can be sent through the project enquiry form.
