Privacy notice
A plain-language summary of what happens to information you share through this website. Last updated: 10 September 2026.
This draft must be reviewed before public launch and completed with the final business address and direct privacy contact details.
1. Who is responsible
CreaTec Solutions, operated by Delberin Ali and Ali Hinnawi in Switzerland, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Until a direct legal contact address is published, privacy requests can be submitted through the project enquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message.
2. Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: name, email, optional phone and company details, website address, selected service, budget range, timeline and message. We also store referral campaign parameters when present.
For abuse prevention, the system creates a one-way hash of the network address used for the submission. The original address is not stored in the lead record.
3. Why we process it
We use enquiry data to review your request, respond, prepare a proposal and document the resulting business conversation. The required privacy checkbox records your request for a reply. Marketing messages are sent only when the separate optional checkbox is selected.
5. How long we keep it
New enquiries are automatically removed after 180 days unless an active client relationship or another legitimate requirement makes longer retention necessary. Abuse-prevention records are removed after 24 hours.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access should be limited to people who need the information for client communication, and the production system should use least-privilege access and regular backups.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may also withdraw consent for future marketing at any time.
General Swiss guidance is available from the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Where EU law applies, the official text of the General Data Protection Regulation provides further information.
8. Privacy contact
Use the project enquiry form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” We will verify the request and respond through the contact details you provide.
